• Data and content that you voluntarily send by email, including the sender's address, message text and any attachments.
• Technical data required for connection and security, such as IP address, user-agent, request date and time and the resource visited, processed by the providers that deliver the website.

Voluntary communications are processed to reply to requests and take any pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Technical data is processed to deliver, maintain and protect the website, based on the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cloudflare, Inc. serves the website through its network and routes the domain's incoming email to the controller's mailbox.

Google provides the mailbox (Gmail) where email sent to the domain's addresses is received and stored.

There are no other recipients: fonts, images and every other asset are served directly by this website. The browser does not contact any CDN, font service or other third-party domain.

Data is not sold or used by Trebini for profiling or behavioural advertising.

The website is delivered through Cloudflare's global network and email is handled by Cloudflare and Google, U.S. companies: any transfers to the United States rely on the EU-U.S. adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) and, where needed, on standard contractual clauses.

The website itself loads no resources from third-party providers: fonts and images are served by the website itself.

Emails and related information are kept for as long as needed to manage the request and any follow-up, unless legal obligations or the protection of rights require longer retention.

Technical data is retained by the providers for the periods required to operate and secure their respective services.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.

The website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or profiling systems. It therefore has no cookie banner.

The only technical preference stored on the device is the selected language, saved through localStorage and not used to track browsing activity.
